Preparation & Planning
In fact, we took all broad range of planning aspects into account when planning the course. In our case it was:
Clarification of the project partners in accordance with the course objectives (Academy of Music, specialized places for internships and study visits such as radio, television, cultural institutions: theaters, recording studios)
Division of the course due to the diversity and needs of the students: specialized industry knowledge combined with movement in the labor market - the basics of independent functioning: such as: running your own business, basics of copyright law, creating and interpreting contracts, preparing copyright packages related to your individual business (online portfolio), cooperation and selection of partners.
We began the process by developing a plan I profile / profile of the course graduate: skills that the student should acquire after completing the course to meet the needs of the labor market related to the course) practical and theoretical skills, knowledge of the labor market, basics of independent functioning on the market, interpersonal skills and teamwork, shaping and profiling individual characteristics needed at work of the future students role in the labor market, In our case it looked like this:
- Diagnosis of the problem caused by a real shortage of specialists in the region
- Selection of project partners and obtaining their consent to participate
- Development of the program on the basis of workshop possibilities
- Extend the program to the individual needs of students and their knowledge of the labor market and protect them from the pitfalls of the market (law, business, management, organization of events)
