The Lateral Entry Programme addresses the shortage of skilled professionals in the music industry by training individuals coming from other sectors. Often, they lack specific knowledge of the music industry and the different interdepencies, as their educational background didn’t feature these topics. Consequently, this initiative promotes the development of skills, capacities, and knowledge about the music industry for career changers.
